Each session typically lasts 45 minutes, but this can be adjusted based on your preferences.

We also provide targeted training for the Fachsprachprüfung (FSP), which is required for doctors and medical professionals who want to work in Germany. Our courses cover all parts of the exams with strategies, practice materials, and personalized feedback to help you succeed.

No, we don’t issue certificates. However, we prepare you for official certification exams like Goethe, Telc, or TestDaF.

All individual German lessons are conducted online via Zoom for your convenience.

Absolutely! You can discuss your goals with your teacher, and they will design lessons based on your preferences, whether it's daily conversation, business German, or exam preparation.

Our schedule is flexible, and weekend or evening lessons are possible based on the teacher’s availability. Please contact us for specific times.

This depends on your current level, goals, and learning pace. We can discuss this in your first lesson and create a plan tailored to you.

Our teachers primarily teach in German, but they can also explain concepts in English, Russian, French, Greek or Spanish if needed.

We use a combination of textbooks, online resources, personalized exercises, and interactive tools to suit your learning style.

You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel a lesson by writing to us or your teacher via email or in your WhatsApp group.

Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to make a change. If we’re informed less than 24 hours before the lesson, the lesson will be charged — except in case of illness or an emergency.

Yes. We offer a free 20-minute trial session.

During this session, you’ll meet the teacher, talk about your learning goals, assess your current level, and get a feel for the teaching style.

If after the trial you don’t feel it’s the right fit, you’re very welcome to request a second trial with a different teacher. Our goal is to make sure you feel comfortable and supported before committing.

Our private 1:1 German lessons are offered as a monthly subscription, with the price depending on how many lessons you take per week:

• 1 lesson per week: 38 CHF per lesson (152 CHF per month)

• 2 lessons per week: 35 CHF per lesson (280 CHF per month)

• 3 lessons per week: 33 CHF per lesson (396 CHF per month)

All lessons are online, fully personalized, and tailored to your level and goals.

If you’d like more than 3 lessons per week, we’re happy to create a custom schedule and pricing plan based on your needs.

You can also choose to pay in advance for a longer period (e.g. 3, 6, or 12 months, or a fixed number of lessons). This is especially popular for learners with a clear timeline or intensive goals.

For company- or employer-funded lessons, we offer tailored packages, customized lesson plans (e.g. business German or professional communication), and official invoices with all required details.

Yes! Your monthly price will depend on the frequency of your lessons. The more frequent the lessons, the greater your discount:

• 1 lesson per week: 38 CHF per lesson

• 2 lessons per week: 35 CHF per lesson = 8% discount

• 3 or more lessons per week: 32 CHF per lesson = 13% discount

When you subscribe to our courses, your payment will be automatically charged on a monthly basis. This ensures uninterrupted access to all scheduled sessions and materials.

Your payment is processed on the same day each month, starting from the date of your initial subscription.
